Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups (355g) Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp (12g) Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp (7g) Ground Flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp (10g) Sliced Almonds
  • 0.5 cup (60g) Fresh Raspberries
  • 0.5 cup (70g) Fresh Blueberries
  • 0.25 cup (35g) Sliced Strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Scoop 1.5 cups of Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt into your bowl.
  2. Stir in 1 tsp of Pure Vanilla Extract. Note: Do this first so the flavor distributes evenly.
  3. Sprinkle in 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds.
  4. Add 1 tbsp of Ground Flaxseeds.
  5. Stir vigorously until the seeds are evenly distributed and the mixture looks cohesive.
  6. Let the mixture sit for 2 minutes. Note: This allows the seeds to plump up.
  7. Carefully spoon the raspberries and blueberries over the top.
  8. Add the sliced strawberries on top of the other berries.
  9. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of Sliced Almonds over the fruit to finish.
