Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (180g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 3 cups (710ml) Water
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) Fine sea salt
  • 1 tbsp (14g) Unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Add the rolled oats, water, salt, and butter directly into the Instant Pot inner pot. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds to ensure no oats are clumped together or sticking to the sides above the water line.
  2. Secure the lid and turn the steam release valve to the Sealing position. Select Manual or Pressure Cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes.
  3. Once the timer beeps, allow the pressure to release Naturally (NPR) for 10 minutes.
  4. Flip the valve to Venting to release any remaining steam. Open the lid and stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract until velvety.
