Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (21g) honey
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup (75g) fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (75g) sliced strawberries
  • 1/3 cup (40g) low-sugar rolled oat granola
  • 1 tbsp (8g) chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, honey, and cinnamon. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and the honey is fully incorporated.
  2. Spoon approximately 1/3 of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of the glass, smoothing it with the back of the spoon. Add a layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries, pressing them gently against the sides of the glass.
  3. Repeat the yogurt and fruit layers one more time.
  4. Sprinkle the granola and chia seeds over the final yogurt layer. Finish with a final arrangement of fresh berries and a tiny drizzle of honey if desired.
