  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and chia seeds. Fold gently until smooth and the seeds are evenly distributed. Let the mixture sit for 2 minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken the base.
  2. Transfer the yogurt base into a wide, shallow serving bowl. Use the back of a spoon to create a small well in the center.
  3. Arrange the fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries in distinct sections around the perimeter of the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped raw almonds and low-sugar granola directly into the center well, then garnish with a pinch of cinnamon and torn mint leaves.
