Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove (3g) garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp (2g) dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp (3g) fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (3g) fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Mince the garlic clove into a smooth paste and finely chop the fresh dill and parsley.
  2. In a small mixing bowl or mason jar, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and vinegar. Whisk or shake vigorously until the mixture is smooth and emulsified.
  3. Stir in the garlic paste, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Fold in the chopped fresh dill and parsley until evenly distributed.
