Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5ml) apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove (3g) garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp (2g) dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp (1g) sea salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp (3g) fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (3g) fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Mince the garlic clove into a smooth paste and finely chop the fresh dill and parsley.
- In a small mixing bowl or mason jar, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and vinegar. Whisk or shake vigorously until the mixture is smooth and emulsified.
- Stir in the garlic paste, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Fold in the chopped fresh dill and parsley until evenly distributed.
