Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30ml) honey
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
- 2 cups (300g) red seedless grapes, halved
- 2 cups (300g) green seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup (60g) chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp (25g) light brown sugar
Instructions:
- Rinse red and green grapes in cold water using a colander. Spread onto paper towels and pat completely dry. Note: Water on the grapes will make the dressing runny.
- Slice each grape in half lengthwise. Until you have uniform halves that will coat evenly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt.
- Use a hand mixer to beat on medium high speed until the texture is light, airy, and smooth.
- Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the halved grapes and chopped pecans. Do this slowly until the fruit is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
- Smooth the top with your spatula to create a flat surface.
- Sprinkle light brown sugar evenly across the surface.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until the sugar has settled into a crust.
